Description

You will manage the Siebel CRM environment, including installation, configuration, and issue resolution, while maintaining the underlying Linux infrastructure and middleware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain MQ, WebSphere, IHS, and Siebel components on Linux systems.
• Write, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, packages, and complex SQL/PLSQL queries.
• Manage Linux system configuration, security, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Automate deployments and monitoring using Shell Scripting.
• Handle database connectivity setup and cross-system integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Linux System Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM administration and support.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting (Bash/Ksh).
• Experience with Middleware Technologies: IBM MQ, WebSphere, IHS.
• Knowledge of DB client configuration and integration.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced troubleshooting of cross-system integrations.
