Description

You will provide 24/5 support for Siebel applications, managing critical P1/P2 production incidents and ensuring strict SLA adherence.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence of production defects.
• Analyze database logs, develop optimized SQL queries, and identify performance bottlenecks to improve system stability and response time.
• Support and troubleshoot integration issues involving EAI, Web Services, and REST/SOAP to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (L1/L2, DB, middleware) for end-to-end issue resolution and support production releases.
• Create and maintain RCA documents, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 4-8+ years of experience in Siebel Application Development.
• Strong expertise in Siebel Configuration, eScript, and Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and EIM (Enterprise Interface Manager).
• Proficiency in SQL query development and database log analysis.
• Experience supporting Web Services, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (work from home for night shifts).
• Immediate to 15 days joiner availability.
• 1-year contract tenure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hybrid work environments in Bangalore.
