Description

You will design and implement large-scale CRM solutions using the Siebel platform.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions that align with customer expectations and highlight dependencies.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Implement Siebel web services to handle runtime application updates using workflows and integration objects.
• Lead enterprise application integration using Siebel business services and application integration connectors.
• Execute development within an Agile-scrum methodology.

Required Skills

• 6 years of experience in Siebel architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in Siebel eCommunications, Call Center, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Public Sector applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Siebel eConfigurator, Siebel Product, Order Management, and Fulfillment modules.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Siebel EIM.
• Technical proficiency with SOAP, WSDL, REST, DTW, Integration Objects, Siebel Adapters, EBCs, and VBCs.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and modular programming principles.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
