You will analyze business requirements and design technical solutions for Siebel CRM and Salesforce CPQ implementations, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to define detailed technical specifications for CRM environments.
• Design and document technical solutions for Siebel CRM and Salesforce CPQ projects.
• Manage project lifecycles and provide ongoing system support and maintenance.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business requirements analysis and systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM and Salesforce platforms.
• Deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes and implementation.
• Proficiency in Javascript and Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with Java and Angular for frontend and backend development.
• Working knowledge of AWS environments for cloud-based deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
