Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform Siebel development and configuration to create application designs that meet business process and application requirements.
• Independently design and implement Siebel solutions using industry best practices and customer-experience focused patterns.
• Develop and configure Siebel EAI integrations to support enterprise data exchange and system connectivity.
• Work on Siebel EIM activities for data import/export and related configuration.
• Customize Siebel Open UI, including creation of PR/PM files and UI behavior adjustments.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 8 years of relevant Siebel CRM experience
• Oracle Siebel CRM configuration and development experience
• Siebel EAI integration experience
• Siebel EIM experience
• Siebel Open UI customization (PR/PM files) and UI configuration

Good to Have:

• Siebel eScript, workflows, and EAI experience
• Order management and product configuration in Siebel
• Telecom domain experience

Education: B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Technology
