Description

You will design, configure, and deliver CRM solutions for contact center operations using Siebel eScript and eAI. You own the end-to-end development lifecycle within a SAFe Agile framework, delivering features on a 12-week cadence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Siebel CRM components, including Business Components, Siebel Apps, and Business Services.
• Implement complex workflows, exception handling, and business process automation using Siebel Workflow and eScript.
• Build and maintain integrations using Siebel EAI, REST/SOAP Web Services, WSDLs, XSDs, and XML.
• Collaborate with program management and DevOps teams to release features to production following change management processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve JIRA backlog defects, and monitor system performance for optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Siebel CRM and developing with Siebel Scripting/eScript.
• 3+ years of experience designing and testing advanced systems, including workflow and exception handling.
• 4+ years of SQL experience for database querying and optimization.
• 2+ years of proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Siebel SOAP structures, WSDLs, XSDs, and Siebel EAI.
• Knowledge of modifying Integration Keys, Table Keys, IC Hierarchies, and synchronizing IO objects.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile processes, including PI Planning and iteration reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siebel/Genesys CTI integration.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions in business-friendly language and present proof-of-concept recommendations.
