Description

You will configure, support, and integrate Siebel CRM systems, ensuring stability and data flow for critical business operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Siebel applications using eScript, workflows, and EAI/EIM frameworks.
• Support integration issues involving Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical P1/P2 production incidents while adhering to SLAs.
• Ensure seamless data flow across systems through effective integration support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Siebel Configuration.
• Proficiency in eScript development.
• Hands-on expertise with Siebel Workflows.
• Knowledge of EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
• Experience with EIM (Enterprise Interface Manager).
• Ability to support SOAP/REST web services.
• 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-priority production incidents.
