Description

You will develop, configure, and customize Siebel applications for telecom business processes.

You will own the full development lifecycle, from translating business requirements into technical solutions to providing production support and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Siebel applications to meet telecom domain requirements.
• Design and implement Siebel workflows, business services, scripts, and configurations.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot Siebel application issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Siebel development with a focus on the telecom domain.
• Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data models, and configuration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including Siebel Configuration, Siebel Workflow, and Siebel eScript.
• Experience configuring Siebel workflows, business services, and scripts.
• Knowledge of Siebel CRM and Siebel architecture.
• Experience with Siebel integration technologies such as EAI.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Siebel CRM.
• Familiarity with Siebel Open UI and other Siebel modules.
• Experience with Siebel EI integration.
