Description

You will design, develop, and implement Siebel CRM solutions tailored to specific business requirements. You own the full lifecycle of customization, from configuration to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Siebel CRM solutions, including workflows, business rules, and UI customizations.
• Configure and integrate Siebel applications with external systems using EAI components.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Siebel configurations.
• Manage Siebel environments, including installations, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and administration.
• Proficiency in Siebel eScript for custom logic implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel Workflow and Siebel Configuration tools.
• Experience with Testing, Debugging, and Troubleshooting complex Siebel issues.
• Understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and web services integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siebel Open UI and responsive design concepts.
• Ability to perform Siebel environment migrations and upgrades.
