Description

You will serve as the senior developer for loyalty member benefit products, driving technical strategy and application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from design through delivery to meet quarterly roadmap requirements.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise services using domain-driven design and test-driven development.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to implement permanent technical solutions.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve process security and performance.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure solutions support long-term enterprise growth.

Required Skills

• Siebel expertise including Siebel Loyalty, Siebel Data Model, Siebel EIM, and Siebel Open UI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, and Kafka.
• Database management using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub.
• Integration experience exposing Siebel and REST services to external applications.
• Background in Siebel EAI with REST API, MQ, or JMS.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Unix.
• 5+ years of experience in the Airline Industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM Tivoli Workload Schedule, DataStage ETL, and Azure Databricks.
• 5-7 years of experience working on Agile Development teams.
• 1-3 years of experience with Batch Scheduling automation engines.
