Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
• Develop Siebel business components, business objects, applets, views, workflows, scripts, and integration components.
• Perform Siebel configuration and customization using Siebel Tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Siebel and external enterprise systems.
• Work with REST/SOAP web services, EAI, XML, and other integration technologies.
• Develop and troubleshoot Siebel workflows, business services, and scripting.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Siebel solutions.
• Perform application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, and production support.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, DevOps teams, and other application developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
• Follow enterprise security, development, testing, and change-management standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Siebel CRM development experience.
• Strong experience with Siebel Tools.
• Experience with Siebel configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel EAI and integration architecture.
• Experience with Siebel Workflow, Business Services, Business Components, Applets, and Views.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with web services, REST/SOAP, XML, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise or airline/travel applications.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
• Java/J2EE or related application-development experience.
• Experience with cloud-based application environments.
• Familiarity with production support and highly available enterprise systems
