Key Skills: Siebel, CRM, Oracle

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Siebel CRM components to meet business requirements.
• Implement Siebel workflows, business services, and integrations to support end-to-end CRM processes.
• Analyze defects and troubleshoot Siebel issues across modules, screens, and data flows.
• Support enhancements and upgrades by validating changes and coordinating release activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into Siebel configuration and development deliverables.

Skills Required:

• 5-13 years of relevant Siebel/CRM development experience.
• Siebel development and customization experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and Siebel module behavior.
• Experience supporting CRM enhancements, defect resolution, and regression validation.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel development tasks for integrations and business process automation.

Good to Have:

• Oracle experience.
• CRM experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Master's Degree in Computer Science
