Description

You will design and implement business data models and ETL processes within Siebel CRM systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design logical and physical data models to optimize processing and performance.
• Develop ETL processes using advanced PL/SQL.
• Configure and troubleshoot Siebel Sales, Service, and Loyalty 8.1+ applications.
• Lead workstreams and participate in design workshops, SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with technical and functional peers.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Software Engineering or Information Technology.
• Deep knowledge of Siebel Architecture, Data Model, and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Workflows, EAI, eScript, and Business Services.
• Proficiency in Siebel Web Services (Inbound and Outbound).
• Strong expertise in Oracle database, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience with Siebel 8.5 tools and Loyalty 8.1+ configuration.
• Technical skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Preferred Skills

• Techno-functional experience in Siebel Loyalty, Sales, and Service engines.
• Experience with Siebel CRM in the Cruise, Travel, or Hospitality industry.
