Description

You will develop and maintain Siebel CRM applications for the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Siebel workflows, business rules, and UI elements to optimize system performance.
• Implement integration solutions connecting Siebel with billing, order management, and provisioning systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with architects and stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes and minimize system downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development.
• Proficiency in Siebel configuration, scripting, and workflows.
• Experience with Siebel integration objects and order management.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications industry processes, including billing and customer service.
• Working knowledge of SOAP and REST integration protocols.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to manage project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
• Bachelor's degree or Any Graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siebel Open UI.
