Description

Develop and enhance the Siebel Order Management system for the Telco industry.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop features across Quote, Order, Products, Assets, and Pricing modules.
• Analyze business processes and implement solutions to improve order management workflows.
• Design and develop solutions for Customer Management, Pricing, and Product Modeling.
• Create functional and technical design documents and review consultant-prepared documents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of core Siebel experience, including 5 years in Siebel Order Management Development.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in at least 3 large Telco Industry projects.
• Experience as a Siebel SME in a minimum of 5 projects involving Order Management and Pricing.
• Expertise in Siebel configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and EIM.
• Sound knowledge of ABO processes, Signals, Variable Maps, DVM, RSTT, and Constraints.
• Strong understanding of Oracle RODOD architecture and integration with BSs/OSS applications.
• Familiarity with latest eTOM based models and processes for the Telco Industry.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile and Water Fall project methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details to both technical teams and senior management.
