Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Solution Architect to design, architect, and lead end-to-end Siebel CRM implementations. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across Siebel configuration, integration, and performance.

Experience

• 8–15 years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM
• Proven experience as a Technical / Solution Architect on large Siebel implementations or upgrades
• Strong exposure to Siebel Open UI, integrations, and performance tuning
• Experience in leading technical teams and client-facing discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Oracle Siebel certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of enterprise CRM architecture
