Description

You will manage the development, configuration, and administration of Siebel and Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI, backend, and integration automations using Siebel, batch, Control-M, Informatica IICS, and PLSQL.
• Customize Salesforce via custom objects, flows, Apex classes, validations, and formulas.
• Execute code reviews, deployments, and production support activities.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues and implement new features using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Create technical documentation while ensuring security, risk, and compliance standards are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in design, development, and testing of Salesforce and Siebel.
• 2+ years of experience with Siebel 8.1 or higher.
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, eScripts, SQL, PLSQL, and Siebel EIM.
• Experience with Windows batch scripting and Linux shell scripting.
• Ability to build Salesforce components following platform best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Siebel 20.x and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.
• Knowledge of travel industry business models.
