Description

You will manage and develop security operations content within a Splunk environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Splunk content to support security operations.
• Manage event routing via Syslog or Kafka.
• Configure and monitor security controls including IDS/IPS, Firewalls, and Endpoint Protection.
• Perform Linux administration tasks to support security infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security or Security Operations.
• Proven experience in Splunk content development.
• Hands-on experience with Firewalls and IPS.
• Experience managing Endpoint Protection and DLP.
• Proficiency with Kafka or Syslog for event routing.
• Working knowledge of Python, Bash, Perl, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Linux administration.
