Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Siemens Teamcenter PLM programs, including implementation, migration, upgrades, and rollout.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning and governance, managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIs.
• Translate business requirements into functional deliverables and oversee execution with development and configuration teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, IT, supply chain, vendors, and system integrators.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control processes to ensure timely mitigation and project stability.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare to ensure smooth go-live and user adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PLM project management.
• Strong understanding of BOM, Change Management, Document Management, and Product Data Management.
• Proven ability to drive PLM process alignment across business units.
• Experience facilitating governance meetings and executive reporting.
• Skilled in driving change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Ability to establish and monitor project KPIs for delivery quality, cost, and resource utilization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter solutions specifically.
