You will design, document, and optimize IT processes to support a transition to a process-led organizational model.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state IT processes, including asset lifecycle, incident, change, and request management, using BPMN.
• Identify undocumented or informal processes through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Design streamlined future-state processes aligned with ITIL best practices and process architecture standards.
• Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, enable automation, and ensure control adherence.
• Produce high-quality process maps and workflows to serve as a foundation for governance and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process modeling and business process management.
• Proficiency in Signavio, Visio, or ARISE.
• Expertise in BPMN notation standards.
• Experience documenting IT processes in environments with limited formal documentation.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL 4.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, or Remedy.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ITSM Transformation projects.
• ITIL 4, BPMN, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
