Description

Own lab infrastructure, hardware validation support, and operational automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab servers, test benches, and hardware infrastructure, including system provisioning, installation, and upgrades.
• Support daily lab operations such as hardware bring-up, firmware flashing, and network connectivity.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor lab health, maintain inventory, and resolve system or network issues promptly.
• Document lab processes and configurations while supporting on-call requirements for after-hours issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in lab operations, hardware validation, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Splunk or Kusto (KQL) for log collection and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of hardware bring-up processes and firmware flashing.
• Ability to manage lab inventory, access control, and cross-functional collaboration.
