Description

You will manage lab servers, test benches, and hardware infrastructure for silicon validation. You will ensure lab readiness through system provisioning, hardware bring-up, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform system provisioning, installation, configuration, and upgrades for lab infrastructure.
• Support daily lab operations including hardware bring-up, firmware flashing, and network connectivity.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to improve lab efficiency.
• Collect and analyze logs using Kusto (KQL) or Splunk for troubleshooting and data analytics.
• Maintain lab inventory, access control, and documentation of processes and configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in lab operations or hardware validation support.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with Splunk or Kusto (KQL) for log collection and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with hardware test benches, firmware flashing, and network connectivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and network issues in a lab environment.
• Strong documentation skills for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
