Description

You will manage the technical delivery of small and medium-sized simulation projects from implementation through to site acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full project lifecycle, including eliciting business requirements, building functional specifications, and creating design documents.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and supervise simulation model modifications and system updates.
• Lead the validation process by building test specifications and executing Functional and Site Acceptance Tests.
• Manage software release processes across DEV, QA, and PROD environments, including merge operations and deployment.
• Collaborate with project management to define schedules, assign tasks, and report on technical progress.
• Support sales and marketing through technical proposals, demonstrations, and customer meetings.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing processes for product design and development.
• Proficiency in simulation systems such as Siemens Tecnomatix, AnyLogic, Simio, or FlexSim.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, C++, VBA/VBScript, or Python.
• Experience with software release management, including unit testing, regression testing, and solution building.
• Ability to manage deployment across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving functional discussions with customers.
• Bachelor's degree.
