Description

You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, focusing on lead generation and client acquisition in the Singapore market.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell IT recruiting services to qualified customers and partners.
• Generate leads through cold calling and research of key C-level contacts.
• Prospect for and qualify new account opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
• Work with technology partners to develop sales demand and qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly recruitment and sales objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting or IT sales.
• Excellent communication skills with proven negotiation ability.
• Strong lead generation capabilities in the IT products sector.
• Experience in cold calling and identifying decision-makers.
• Ability to research and map C-level contacts effectively.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas and recruitment targets.
