Description

You will design, develop, and enhance CAD flows for signal and power integrity using in-house and commercial simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and support CAD flows related to signal and power integrity using analysis and modeling tools.
• Identify opportunities to enhance flow throughput efficiency within the SI/PI team.
• Write custom tools and scripts to integrate point tools into optimized workflows.
• Collaborate with internal and external tool developers to implement workflow enhancements.
• Develop domain expertise to communicate effectively with the signal and power integrity team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SI/PI automation or CAD flow development.
• Proficiency in Cadence SKILL.
• Strong programming skills in Python and other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Signal Integrity and Power Integrity principles.
• Experience managing and optimizing CAD flows.
• Ability to perform technical documentation and problem-solving.
• Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a specialization in microelectronics or similar.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience in HFSS, SIwave, HSPICE, and Matlab.
• Cadence SKILL scripting for Allegro or APD/SiP.
• User interface development in Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with extractions and simulations for high-performance CPU/GPU packages and systems.
