Description

You will lead the development and implementation of test strategies and plans across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Identify and incorporate test automation opportunities into the overall testing strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align testing with requirements.
• Communicate testing insights and quality assurance recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain accurate documentation for test plans, test cases, results, and defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing roles.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Proficiency with TestRail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
