Description

You will lead test strategy and execution across multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Identify and integrate test automation opportunities into the testing strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align testing with requirements.
• Communicate testing insights and quality assurance recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain documentation for test plans, cases, results, and defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing roles.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Proficiency with TestRail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
