Description

You will manage site setting-out and dimensional controls for a project in Tipperary.

Responsibilities

• Set out works in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and site surveys.
• Raise RFIs and resolve technical issues with employer representatives, suppliers, contractors, and statutory authorities.
• Review construction outputs to plan efficient sequences of operations with a focus on quality and technical control.
• Manage the drawing register to ensure subcontractors use the latest coordinated contract versions.
• Liaise with project planners regarding construction programmes and supplier outlets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a project-based organisation.
• Proven ability to perform setting-out and dimensional controls.
• Experience working with drawings, specifications, and site surveys.
• Ability to raise RFIs and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong numeracy and ability to deliver objective written and verbal reports.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional stakeholder management.
