Description

You will serve as the primary Site IT Lead for the Austin office, managing critical infrastructure and supporting end-users across commercial and FedRAMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and serve as the escalation point for the global Service Desk, resolving complex issues across enterprise applications.
• Administer and maintain the FedRAMP boundary environment, ensuring strict compliance and collaborating with the Identity and Access Management team.
• Drive the implementation of AI tools and automation platforms (Okta Workflows, Zapier) to optimize IT support operations and improve service delivery.
• Manage AV infrastructure, coordinate integrator visits, and maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventories.
• Proactively support senior leadership and executive assistants, while creating and maintaining knowledge base articles for novel issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in system administration and front-line IT support.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, Okta, Zoom, and Slack.
• Deep knowledge of Windows, Android, and Apple ecosystems (Macs, iPhones, iPads).
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards, specifically FedRAMP requirements.
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Okta Workflows or Zapier.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV systems and manage hardware/software inventory documentation.
• US Citizenship is required for FedRAMP system access.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA.
• Experience collaborating with InfoSec teams to remediate security gaps.
