Description

You will provide on-site administrative and technical management for construction projects in Belton, SC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction efforts to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate on-site functions including scheduling, engineering, material control, and administrative staff direction.
• Manage craft employees and subcontractors to ensure productivity and efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Interface with client representatives, A/E representatives, and other contractors.
• Own project cost control and scheduling responsibilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in construction site management.
• Proven expertise in Site Management.
• Strong Team Leadership capabilities.
• Experience in Procurement processes.
• Effective Negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage technical and administrative field activities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
