Description

You will stabilize existing systems and play a key role in a private cloud migration within the Fraud Solutions tribe.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers and QA.
• Architect, design, and develop microservices.
• Develop unit and integration tests aligned with automation platforms for all developed code.
• Perform application re-architecture or re-platforming tasks.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of extensive GCP experience.
• Hands-on experience with GKE.
• Proficiency in scripting.
• 5+ years working in agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
• Demonstrated experience with Java, Spring, and SpringBoot.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a strong preference for GCP.
• Ability to obtain a valid US Security Clearance.
• BS/MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C/C++, GoLang, Javascript, or Python.
• Knowledge of software patterns such as strangler and adapter.
• Experience with relational and non-relational data storage patterns.
• Experience with distributed computing, performance analysis, and instrumentation.
• Background working in high-transactional, DevOps environments using CI and automated testing.
• Comfort working within a Linux environment.
