Description

You will manage and optimize data streaming and API components across OpenShift on-premises and AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines in AWS and OpenShift to deploy APIs and data process jobs.
• Automate testing processes, including data quality checks and deployments to production.
• Monitor platform performance and lead troubleshooting for degraded services and root cause analysis.
• Implement data security, encryption, and access control using AWS IAM and HSM.
• Develop monitoring and alerting configurations to enable proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of DevOps or SysOps engineering experience with a focus on AWS.
• 2+ years of application development experience involving data streaming and high availability components.
• Proficiency with OpenShift, AWS, and CI/CD tools including GitLab, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Shell, and Python.
• Ability to automate delivery to system integration and production environments.
• Knowledge of AWS security tools and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience working with enterprise systems to drive resolution for mission-critical applications.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience within a Site Reliability Engineering organization.
• Technical knowledge of Linux OS, virtualization, networking, and load balancers.
