Description

You will build and maintain observability platforms for multi-cloud infrastructure services, owning availability, performance, and incident response for cloud landing zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage observability platforms for multi-cloud infrastructure and cloud applications.
• Own availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response for cloud landing zone services.
• Automate capacity management, including scaling environments across public and private cloud resource pools.
• Enforce production readiness standards including security compliance, documentation, and high availability setups.
• Develop automation for CI/CD across the SDLC, infrastructure provisioning, patching, and incident response.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in site reliability or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC.
• Experience managing multi-cloud infrastructure services.
• Proven ability to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
• Experience with cloud security policies and compliance requirements.
• Skill in troubleshooting hardware degradation, networking issues, and resource exhaustion.
• Ability to design fault-tolerant tools and scalable cloud architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing runbooks and executing recovery procedures to minimize service downtime.
• Any Graduate degree.
