Description

You will own system stability and incident response for production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-call duties and acknowledge system alerts promptly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using established runbooks.
• Address user queries and alerts via Jira and Zenduty.
• Modify scripts for routine maintenance and document resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in reliability or systems roles.
• Proficiency in Python for troubleshooting and scripting.
• Strong Shell Scripting and Bash skills.
• Experience with Jira for incident and task management.
• Understanding of IT service management and incident handling.
• Ability to perform general system administration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Kafka or Apache Pulsar.
• Familiarity with Ansible and Github.
