Description

You will engineer high-impact reliability improvements across Post Trade systems to ensure availability, consistency, and latency control in global environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine Service Level Objectives and Indicators for settlement timeliness and operational risk.
• Design and embed resilience patterns, including auto-scaling, circuit-breaking, and distributed failover.
• Eliminate operational toil by engineering automated, self-healing workflows for deployment and incident response.
• Lead root-cause investigations across hybrid architectures and implement permanent code-based remediations.
• Champion GitOps pipelines, full-stack telemetry, and reliability-driven development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven expertise in reliability engineering, automation, and cloud-native transformation.
• Strong programming experience with Java and Python for production-grade reliability features.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency in implementing GitOps workflows for infrastructure and application management.
• Experience building robust automation frameworks and provisioning workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to drive reliability improvements in complex, distributed systems.
