Description

You design and implement service lifecycles for large-scale distributed systems, handling millions of transactions and petabytes of data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to ensure the operability of distributed systems.
• Manage capacity and performance across public and private clouds (GCP, AWS) globally.
• Define and implement standards for system architecture, deployment, and metrics.
• Integrate GenAI and AIOps tools to automate incident detection and root cause analysis.
• Improve system performance through automation and postmortem reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or GoLang with OOP knowledge.
• Experience with GCP and AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AIOps platforms: Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk, Bigpanda, or Datadog.
• Experience applying Prompt Engineering techniques to observability platforms.
• Ability to design and maintain AI/ML driven monitoring and alerting systems.
• Experience developing ML models using operational telemetry (logs, metrics, traces).
