Description

You will ensure stability, scalability, and rapid recovery for the Enterprise Content Platform. You own the day-to-day operations, incident response, and service health. You partner with development teams to evolve monitoring and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and mitigate incidents to minimize customer impact.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Coordinate and plan server changes across technology teams.
• Lead projects focused on environment stability, scalability, and supportability.
• Update support documentation as the environment evolves.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in enterprise-level operations support or DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Tomcat, and Java applications.
• Ability to script and mine logs for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL Change and Incident management processes.
• Familiarity with software development and QA practices, specifically Agile.
• Knowledge of databases, networking, Hadoop, and ELK.
• Strong technical communication skills for escalating issues and representing operations.
