You will own the reliability and operational excellence of distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and support teams to prioritize and resolve incidents impacting customer pickup or delivery domains.
• Drive root-cause analysis for critical production issues to implement preventative measures.
• Lead Major Incident calls, providing clear status updates to stakeholders during service restoration.
• Build logging, monitoring, and alerting systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Increase automation across systems to improve efficiency and quality of delivery.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with GitActions for CI/CD automation.
• 2+ years experience configuring and managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Cassandra, and SQL Server.
• 1 year of experience managing System Observability tools (e.g., DynaTrace, ELK, Grafana).
