You will manage the full service lifecycle from design and deployment to operation and optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Improve service lifecycles through design, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• Maintain live services by implementing effective measurement and monitoring.
• Scale systems sustainably using automation.
• Evolve systems to improve reliability and velocity.
• Practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Ability to function in unstructured environments and solve challenging problems.
• Commitment to data integrity.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Capacity to take graduate courses concurrent with a full-time schedule.
