Ensure reliability and availability of critical systems through proactive monitoring, automation, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response efforts during outages and conduct post-incident analysis.
• Design and implement resilient architectures to minimize downtime during failures or maintenance.
• Manage continuous deployment and integration pipelines to facilitate reliable releases.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to address vulnerabilities and bridge the gap between software development and operations.
• Work with stakeholders to define, negotiate, and manage SLAs for critical services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or operations roles.
• Proactive monitoring and alerting implementation.
• Incident response and management.
• Configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline management.
• Capacity planning and system performance optimization.
• Security best practices implementation.
