Description

You will manage and support enterprise-scale desktop and end-user systems engineering, ensuring stability and automation across virtual infrastructure and major application configurations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy virtual infrastructure, including AWS Workspace, VMWare, and Microsoft AzureAD environments.
• Automate workstation build methodologies and manage software packaging and deployment using Ansible, Bash, Perl, Python, or PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot virtual environments, software issues, and networking fundamentals such as routing, DNS, and firewalls.
• Maintain IT security and compliance best practices across Windows operating systems and enterprise tools.
• Administer Microsoft W365 and ensure robust TCP/IP and firewall configurations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in desktop or end-user systems engineering and administration.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Ansible, Bash, Perl, Python, or PowerShell.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with AWS Workspace, VMWare, Microsoft W365, or Microsoft AzureAD.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and routing protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
