Description

You will establish and enhance monitoring systems to measure end-to-end performance and user availability of critical applications. You support production environments by evaluating system reliability, scalability, and resiliency, and you resolve production issues by determining root causes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance monitoring systems for end-to-end performance and user availability.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop technical and business monitoring requirements.
• Triage production issues and partner with engineering teams to determine root causes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and alerts to communicate key metrics and improve observability.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in DevOps, SRE, or performance engineering.
• Proficiency in triaging production issues using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.
• Strong background in Java and front-end development (React JS, Angular).
• Experience with middleware such as Apache/Tomcat.
• Experience with backend databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or Hadoop.
• Scripting skills in Python, UNIX, or Perl.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, Terraform, and Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with operations teams to define reliability standards.
