Description

You will maintain and scale large-scale distributed systems, focusing on automation, reliability, and engineering for volume.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions for environments with 50k+ servers.
• Manage server administration and automation across Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server.
• Develop and maintain database schemas using SQL, including triggers, loops, and sequences.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers in a matrix organization to drive DevOps initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in large, distributed environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell development.
• Expertise in SQL database design and web programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems, preferably GIT.
• Proficiency in server administration for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server.
• Working knowledge of virtualization and cloud frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
