Description

You will ensure the reliability and support of container platforms on-premises and across multiple cloud providers including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, connectivity, and security issues within OpenShift, Rancher, and Azure environments.
• Conduct deep dives into systemic reliability issues, manage incidents, and perform problem management activities.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues, including performing blameless root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement fixes, improve automation, and enhance operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years supporting Kubernetes, OpenShift, RKE, or EKS container platforms.
• Proficiency with Python, Ansible, Golang, and shell scripting.
• Experience with major cloud services and container security practices.
• Strong understanding of Linux OS, DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
