You will ensure system reliability and service availability through automation, incident management, and continuous process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents and problems in accordance with Service Level Objectives.
• Develop and maintain internal automation systems and code to reduce toil.
• Participate in root cause analysis sessions to improve system reliability and standards.
• Collaborate with architecture and technical teams to solve complex software problems and influence system design.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in IT, Telecommunications, or Software Development.
• Proficiency with Splunk for writing reports, alerts, and basic queries.
• Experience with SRE principles and tools including Datadog.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 1-2 years of experience working with RESTful services.
• Ability to identify system reliability indicators and implement corrective actions.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for resolving complex operational issues.
