Description

You will own system reliability, monitoring, and incident response for production infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and alerting for infrastructure and applications using Splunk and New Relic.
• Monitor production environments and respond to incidents to reduce downtime and service impact.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to improve system stability and performance.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for SRE teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related operations roles.
• Hands-on expertise with monitoring and observability tools, specifically Splunk and New Relic.
• Experience designing and implementing monitoring solutions for cloud platforms (Azure and GCP).
• Ability to analyze system behavior and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Proven track record of improving operational metrics such as MTTD and MTTR.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a mindset toward automation and continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in post-incident reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
