You will own system reliability, availability, and operational performance for business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee system stability through proactive maintenance and observability.
• Automate tasks and resolutions to decrease production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and manage ITSM problems.
• Collaborate with Application Support and Development teams using agile practices to implement fixes and releases.
• Develop application dashboards and recommend technologies to enhance business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in reliability or operations roles.
• Proficiency with Spring, including Spring Batch and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Competency with build and package tools including Gradle, Maven, and NPM.
• Solid understanding of GIT, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML4.
• Experience with RESTful interfaces and cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the financial sector.
• Experience using Foundry and Confluence.
