You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and services.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual toil and improve efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortems for production incidents.
• Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong experience with SonarQube.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Strong Linux systems and networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Harness.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
