Description

You will own incident management, production support, and system observability for enterprise SRE operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident management as incident commander, facilitating war rooms and executive communication during outages.
• Drive problem management and root cause analysis (RCA), ensuring corrective and preventive actions reach closure.
• Utilize observability tools to detect, triage, and diagnose production issues, translating technical details for stakeholders.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic automation using Linux, Bash, and Python in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, incident management, or production support.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace and Azure Monitor for system observability and monitoring.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux, Bash scripting, and Python for automation.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) for production troubleshooting.
• Experience tracking work and metrics via Jira within an Agile framework.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems in enterprise environments.
• Willingness to travel for onsite support during new go-lives and pilots.
