Description

You will manage the operations and delivery of production systems and services to meet operational requirements and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and manage automation solutions using open-source, commercial, and in-house tools.
• Develop and maintain automated provisioning for automation components.
• Collaborate with monitoring teams to define requirements and ensure effective support models.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements across tools and workflows.
• Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in systems administration and IT operations.
• Expert knowledge of CI management tools such as Jenkins or similar.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles.
• Proficiency with version control software like Git.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Ansible, Apache, and Maven.
• Knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Working knowledge of public cloud services including AWS and Azure Platform.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate MS PowerPoint skills for presentations.
